BANQUE RAIFFEISEN
—On Tuesday 17 November 2015, Shine a light designed and organised an in-house event for Banque Raiffeisen at the Chapito in Mondorf-les-Bains. The objective of the event was to outline the company’s strategy to 2020 to the bank’s 600-strong workforce.
The session unfolded in the form of a discussion between Carlo Kissen (the event’s moderator and CEO of Quest SA) and Guy Hoffmann (Chairman of the bank’s Executive Committee).
The content of the presentation was built and shaped in a dynamic and modern form to capture the audience’s attention and promote the understanding of the messages being broadcast.
A customised and lively Keynote presentation allowed key information to be conveyed to the audience in a dynamic and playful manner.
Shine a light also designed and produced two corporate videos, which were integrated into the content of the presentation. The objective of these videos was to simplify strategic messages that are often difficult to incorporate. The inclusion of audiovisual media in a plenary session adds rhythm to the proceedings and allows for complex messages to be conveyed in an effective way.
To create interaction and meaningful exchange, the audience also took part in an interactive quiz in the middle of the session in the form of multiple-choice questions. Following each question, the live reaction of the speakers and an analysis of the responses allowed all those present to feel touched by the message.
The evening concluded with a cocktail dinner, during which guests had a chance to try out a vintage photo booth and leave with their very own Raiffeisen-branded print.
