Thursday 25 June 2015 saw Open Field celebrating its 10th anniversary at the Amicale des Amis in a festive and quirky spirit. After a welcome address, the 150 guests were invited to enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, including a posca creation on a large-scale canvas by a Luxembourg artist, a piano and violin performance of the greatest jazz tunes, competition games with a prize draw for Apple Watches and a private concert by Say Yes Dog at the end of the night in the “chalet”, reminiscent of a musical box. In terms of gastronomy, guests were enchanted by an “inverse” cocktail dinner, which saw them sample savoury appetisers that looked like desserts only to finish off with desserts resembling savoury dishes. The outside patio was spruced up for the occasion, allowing guests to enjoy the long and beautiful summer evening around braziers and the artisan ice cream cart.
