On 24 March 2016, Luxexpo hosted the Forum de la Sécurité et de la Santé au Travail (Health and Safety in the Workplace Forum) organised by the Union des Entreprises Luxembourgeoises (Union of Luxembourg Businesses).

This information and exchange day was part of the awareness campaign of the prevention of accidents at work, commuting accidents and occupational diseases.
Around a hundred exhibitors attended the forum to showcase their activities and to raise awareness in the professional world on health and safety in the workplace, via display stands or in dedicated workshops. Various players were invited to share their experiences, to judge the merits of the practices in place or simply to inform themselves on new developments in matters of risk prevention.

Shine a light provided consultancy services in terms of installation and technology, for a space covering more than 4,000m2, and took over the forum’s production and logistics management. The agency was also in charge of welcoming visitors, managing contact with the exhibitors as well as graphically implementing the visual identity on all of the signage and branding.
