On 26 and 28 November 2014, on behalf of the University of Luxembourg, Shine a light orchestrated the graduation ceremonies for the 2014 recipients of the Master and Bachelor in Education Sciences, which took place in the auditorium of the University’s new premises in Belval.
The agency organised this event while taking into account the numerous technical constraints of this new location and provided advice on how to optimise the flow of the arrival and seating order of the 850 guests.
Following the two ceremonies, a reception was held for the graduates and their families.
