Shine a Light is a dynamic and creative event communication agency, specialized in creating and producing memorable experiences for businesses. We also manage Malt – Innovative Factory, a unique event venue in Luxembourg, dedicated to corporate events.

As part of our brand development, we are looking for a Video Content Creator with graphic design skills, capable of producing engaging videos and impactful visuals to support our communication and that of our clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create videos (short films, teasers, aftermovies, immersive videos) to promote our events and offerings on social media and websites.
• Design graphic visuals (banners, posters, visuals for social media) to support our communication campaigns.
• Participate in the content strategy by proposing creative ideas and ensuring visual consistency across different media (video, print, digital).
• Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, 3D designer, creative director) to understand needs and respond in a creative and efficient manner.
• Develop and offer tailored video and visual content creation services that meet the specific needs of our clients, providing custom solutions to maximize the impact of their events.
• Optimize content production to ensure regular and coherent message distribution across digital platforms.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in video content creation and graphic design, ideally in an agency or the event industry.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong ability to tell visual stories through video, with a good understanding of editing and visual storytelling.
• Aesthetic sensitivity with a keen eye for graphic and visual details.
• Ability to work independently while being able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable with tight deadlines and multitasking.
• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

As part of the expansion of its activities, Shine a light is looking for a senior event manager (M/F).

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Master degree in a communication or business school.
• Successful experience of at least 2 to 3 years in an event agency or in event communication in general.
• Great interpersonal skills, and good contact with customers and suppliers.
• Good ability to argue and convince.
• Rigourous, methodical and know-how to manage effectively several projects at the same time. Excellent writing skills to synthesize and present ideas skillfully.
• Proactive and dynamic.
• Good knowledge of event techniques.
• Good general culture.
• Fluent in French and excellent level of English required (written and spoken) to converse and present event projects both orally and in writing. Fluency in Luxembourgish is an asset.

MISSIONS

• Project design and management:
  • Assemble and federate the ideas generated by the team (Artistic direction, logistics and production)Write strategic, clear and creative recommendations that integrate a concept, a moodboard, a plan, a detailed budget and a retro-planning.

• Operational management
  • Coordinate and orchestrate event projects (Strategy, creation, development, technical production, logistics, site plans and budget)
  • Supervise all service providers upstream and on-site in order to ensure the perfect implementation of event productions.
  • Manage the customer relationship (meeting reports, retro-planning, quotes and invoicing)
• Development of a customer portfolio:
  • Build a relationship based on trust and consultancy.
  • Ensure a role of market intelligence and identify opportunities, anticipate new needs, generate new demands.
  • Contribute in referencing service providers and updating the agency’s internal processes.
  • Contribute to the development of the agency’s commercial activity through targeted prospecting actions.
