REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Master degree in a communication or business school.
• Successful experience of at least 5 to 10 years in a similar position.
• Sensitivity to creative content in the audiovisual field (digital content, graphics, motion design …)
• Perfect mastery of event techniques (light, sound and video)
• Knowledge of new technologies.

MISSIONS

The production manager is responsible for the preparation, the budget, the progress of an event production. He exercises this responsibility during the entire project, from preparation to final delivery of the project.

• Source and select venues for technical site inspections.
• Proposing technical recommendations within the design event phase.
• Prepare the supplier’s specifications and negotiate quotes.
• Manage the budget balance of an event using the CRM of the agency in the production phase.
• Control the artistic approach of the project in progress.
• Negotiate and carry out, in the best conditions, purchases and contracts of engagement, insurance, various technical service providers or services.
• Follow the different phases of the project by ensuring compliance with the specifications and deadlines.
• Establish service sheets, supervise and manage providers and ground teams.
• Arrange, organize and coordinate the work (days, places, schedules, stage managers, cameramen, sound engineers, graphic designers, sound technicians, lights, audiovisual, special effects).
• Respect the legal, regulatory and administrative constraints.
• Achieve plans of the event scenography, a decoration, the light, the sound, and the compilation of technical datas.
• Validate production documents in coordination with the event project manager.
• Manage on site the production and scenography teams.
• Coordinate and manage all providers.
• Follow decor elements production.
• Ensure the operational management, if required, during the assembly and dismantling of events.
• Perform an artistic and strategic monitoring, follow trends.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Master degree in a communication or business school.
• Successful experience of at least 2 to 3 years in an event agency or in event communication in general.
• Great interpersonal skills, and good contact with customers and suppliers.
• Good ability to argue and convince.
• Rigourous, methodical and know-how to manage effectively several projects at the same time. Excellent writing skills to synthesize and present ideas skillfully.
• Proactive and dynamic.
• Good knowledge of event techniques.
• Good general culture.
• Fluent in French and excellent level of English required (written and spoken) to converse and present event projects both orally and in writing. Fluency in Luxembourgish is an asset.

MISSIONS

• Project design and management:
  • Assemble and federate the ideas generated by the team (Artistic direction, logistics and production)Write strategic, clear and creative recommendations that integrate a concept, a moodboard, a plan, a detailed budget and a retro-planning.

• Operational management
  • Coordinate and orchestrate event projects (Strategy, creation, development, technical production, logistics, site plans and budget)
  • Supervise all service providers upstream and on-site in order to ensure the perfect implementation of event productions.
  • Manage the customer relationship (meeting reports, retro-planning, quotes and invoicing)
• Development of a customer portfolio:
  • Build a relationship based on trust and consultancy.
  • Ensure a role of market intelligence and identify opportunities, anticipate new needs, generate new demands.
  • Contribute in referencing service providers and updating the agency’s internal processes.

You are able to transform a simple brief into a complex and attractive idea both in 3D and 2D ?
You definitely have a sense of animation and rhythm?
You know how to switch between a motion design creation to enhance a product, bring impact by animating a static presentation, create large-format 3D or 2D animated graphics backgrounds for our events, or set in motion an event scenography to deliver a bluffing video trailer?

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in a graphic arts school with specialisation in 2D/3D motion design.
• Prior professional experience in a digital creative studio or an agency.
• Perfect command of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere), as well as After Effect and its plug-ins.
• Perfect command of a 3D software (preferably Cinema 4D) as well as video compression tools.
• Talented to illustrate ideas into a storyboard and know-how to build a Styleframe.
• With a good graphic, audiovisual and digital culture, you are interested in video-mapping, special formats and enjoy creating and producing immersive and impactful animated content.
• Creative, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to manage projects on time.

Fluent in french and good command of English.

BONUS POINTS

• Proficiency in a rendering tool like Octane Render.
• Knowledge of video broadcasting systems.

MISSIONS

Under the agency AD, you will take in charge the creative department with the aim of integrating even more immersive and impactful content into the agency’s event and communication projects, thus offering brands animated digital creations in 3D and 2D.

• Creation of moodboards and styleframes from a client briefing.
• Making sketches to support creative and animatic ideas (3D/2D)
• Design, creation and production of diverse and varied content: graphics, computer graphics, typography, skins, video effects, editing, color grading.
• Produce and render still and animated content at high resolutions required by the event and video mapping industries.
• Animate, texture and render 3D scenes created by the agency’s scenographer.
• Be proactive on creative concepts and choice of formats by considering the issues inherent in event industry (materials, time, costs).
• Graphic and technical monitoring.
• Creation of graphic content based on Shine a light’s visual identity.
