The client to surprise

Founded in 1965 the Luxembourg factory Texticord Steinford SA owned by the Austrian group Glanzstoff deploys multidisciplinary skills in manufacturing premium textile reinforcements for the rubber industry,  converting man-made fibres, processing multimaterial fibres and interface bonding, thanks to high tech equipment.

It is when trying to communicate with a non-specialised audience about high-tech industry, that visual elements such as staging, teaching tools, photos and videos take on their full meaning.

The challenge ahead

For its 50th anniversary in Luxembourg, Glanzstoff-Textilcord had chosen to spotlight Steinfort factory and to gather political personalities, industrials, local actors and members of the media to disseminate more widely the discourse about its activities and its history.

What we imagined

Around 100 selected guests, including partners, suppliers, the Minister of Economy, political decision-makers and the Luxembourg Grand-Ducal couple had accepted the invitation and were attending the anniversary ceremony at the heart of the factory contributing thus to strengthen proximity and the event emotional impact.

The space had been organised to put fabrics under the spotlights in order to bring a unique and personalised touch to the scenography, to respect the company’s own identity and to make the speech focused on their innovative industrial expertise, while limiting the budget for the decoration. In the middle of the room a big screen displayed a film made for the occasion to reinforce the overall visual impression of this celebration.

During the guided visit, the different points of interest were enhanced by branding items designed and intended for use as tools for discovery.

In this framework ideal to promote the company’s industrial expertise, we imagined an immersive presentation and an inviting guided tour, at the crossroads of education and emotion geared towards development, innovation and future.
