For the launching of the new Porsche Panamera, its unique importer in Luxembourg decided to go all out and to organise an event as prestigious as confidential in a place where unexcepted rhymes with exceptional as a reflection of the identity and the passionate values of Losch Import: The Freeport Luxembourg. It is in this exclusive site that we have imagined a scenography and the reveal of a car that might compete the most beautiful piece of art.

The client to surprise

Founded in 1948, already the owner of 23 retail dealerships in the country and unique importer of Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, ŠKODA, SEAT, Bentley, Lamborghini, Volkswagen utility vehicles, MAN trucks and NEOPLAN buses, Losch Import is a leader on the automobile market in Luxembourg. Its recipe for success? 

The group draws it on its capacities to be rooted in its origins and to rely on its traditional and passionate values to build its vision of the present and its ambition for the future.

The challenge ahead

For the presentation of the new Porsche Panamera to the brand customers and potential buyers, Losch Import called on all our expertise to imagine a high standard exclusive event, reflecting the prestigious image of this star car. 

In order to propose a total experience, we also ensured the media coverage and made the most of the event in order to create attention thanks to a 360° communication strategy playing on the analogy between the highest technology, the high security of the Freeport and the exceptional nature of the new car.

What we imagined

It is with the chosen site that the guests first experienced the boldness, the unexpected and the prestige linked to the event at the very time they entered, thanks to their personalised invitation card, in the futurist site of the Freeport Luxembourg, a free-zone storage in one of the most protected area of the world where precious objects or art work are stored before transiting.

Inside this confidential precious site, linking luxury and beauty and perfectly fitting with the brand codes, a sober and modern staging was displaying the new Porsche Panamera surrounded by a lighting system of vertical neons in the shape of an arc in order to reveal the distinguished character of its lines in the darkness.

For the guests, the experience was total before, during and even after the event. Like a tangible evidence of timelessness and universality expressed by the brand and thanks to the global deployment of a multi-channel communication including an event web-platform, emailing actions, a video of the making of the event, a photo report and the distribution of numerous goodies.

The reception area within the Freeport structure was particularly designed to develop the visual codes of the brand book created by Porsche and to give the event a distinctive character and its own personality.
