The strategic meetings of entrepreneurship
For the Entrepreneurs’ Days, their event dedicated to entrepreneurship, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce has imagined an exclusive concept of a total experience that would lay the foundations of what may turn out to be a long series of strategic meetings for the whole start-up ecosystem in Luxembourg. What a challenge for us!
The client to surprise
Launched in October 2016 on the initiative of both the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of the Economy, the House of Entrepreneurship supports, boosts and assists the entrepreneurs in Luxembourg. It brings together all of the stakeholders involved in business creation in a unique ecosystem.
The challenge ahead
The Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce called on us to set up a project of event activation with a great impact in terms of reputation and positioning for the members of the Chamber of Commerce, economic decision-makers and political figures: the creation of the first edition of the Entrepreneurs’ Days relying on the values and visual identity of the House of Entrepreneurship and proposing conferences which would welcome and honour a world-renowned entrepreneur.
Fostered by the creation of an innovative digital and inspiring scenography using the hexagonal-shaped signature of the House of Entrepreneurship, the event was reflecting the values of both entrepreneurship and creativity inherent in this ecosystem.
What we imagined
As soon as they arrived the guests were introduced into the very heart of a sensory experience with a brand-new holographic projection and an original created sound made to reinforce the dramatic intensity until the start of the conference.
In the plenary room, the screens and the immersive aspect of the motion design highlighted the content and, in addition to the official speeches, were conveying the message of the keynote speaker honoured in this edition: Olivier Kahn, a former iconic German football player, could share his personal experience on entrepreneurship and outline his career as an entrepreneur.
Created especially for the occasion four monolithic screens were working as a whole or independently to take up space and were used as movie screens for videos and exclusive motion designs. On both sides three big hexagonal lighting systems made of neons were interacting and combining with the content for a total immersive experience.
